Music Concerts in Washington!!!

Alright! So, I've been to some concerts!!! Woo!!!! They are all really cool!!!

29th August 2009, Saturday - Nickelback Concert
As we drove to the concert place, which is almost a 3 hours drive, these are the views where we pass by:

Awesome view eh? It is an open air concert place!!! Woo!!! And no plastic bottles allowed!!!

And it's time for some music to be playing! Woo! There are a couple of other bands before the stars of the day come in. There are Saving Abel, Papa Roach, Hinder....

Cause we thought that we might be spending the night at the station. The first thing that the police did is speaking through the speakers, 'Everyone in the vehicle put your hands on the roof!' And then he did a search... Bleh... Don't ever want that to happen again!

19th July 2009, Sunday - No Doubt Concert
No Doubt! This is a semi open air amphitheater! Well, it's the first concert that I went to! Okay, maybe not really the first... But it's cool!!!

As usual, they start off with other bands playing first. We are kinda late, so managed to catch Paramore!!!! I think I kinda like this band too!!!

Awesome thing is, they did some back flips and they went crazy!!!!

And now! The stars are here!!! No Doubt!!!

Camping in San Juan Islands

Alright, and here is San Juan Island camping trip!!!

I just take so long to update... Argh... I so lazy... it's like my mind just refuse move!!! I'm bored and then, I just can't start my engine to do anything! Argh!!!

Okay, so the trip....

15th August 2009, Saturday
We are going to camping!!! Woo hoo! And so, we woke up really early in the morning, around 6am, and got ready to set out to catch the ferry!!! 4 cars and 15 people off to camping!!!

As we wait for the ferry, we ran around, took photos and got some coffee!!!

Okay, and that's the ferry trip to Friday Harbor! So, the first thing that we did is visiting the petrol station and meeting up! And, off to brunch!

Walk around for quite a bit... Argh... it's Sat, so, most places are closed!!! But finally, we found a place to eat!!

I don't remember how, but our conversation turn out to be face exercise. Cause Jewl told me about the face exercise in the magazine to have a sharper looking face, and kinda chat about how Japanese girls do that every morning. And so, we have our own version of face exercise!

Then, we split up!!! Some of us went whale watching while the others went biking!!! As most people know, I can't ride a bike, so, I went whale watching!!!

Cool eh? But too bad there are sea rules, so the boat can't go any nearer to the whales! But's it's quite a long trip! Almost 4 hours? But it's pretty cool!

And we saw jelly fishes at the dock!

So, after the whale watching, it's off to the camp site to set up the camp!!

Here we are fixing up the tent!

And so we set up to buy more firewood and ice. I ended up not bathing because it's expensive for me, it's charged by minutes!!

So, most of the group went off to grab dinner at a resturant while the rest of us set up camp fire and ate some BBQ food!!! Yeah!!!

After the camp fire, went star gazing!!! It's the first time ever for me to even see so many stars up in the sky. And, there I saw around 4 shooting stars!!!! Woo!!!

16th August 2009, Sunday
Okay, it's kinda like a lazy Sunday... It's a good thing that I don't drive, so, I kept sleeping and sleeping... We took a ferry from San Juan to Orcas Island. Then, we got our brunch again... And off to picnic at the lake!

After we had our food, we went to rent some boats to ride on! There's row boat and paddle boats for rent!

And so, off we go paddling or rowing!!

Didn't really know where the row boat went though, so I didn't have any photos of them... Argh...

And after returning the boat, we are off to doing our own stuff again!

And I went hiking with my sandals... Luckily, it's a pretty easy hike! Phew!!! And it's pretty!!!

Walked on it for a bit, and turned back after a while...

Okay, after that, we all head to the harbor to catch the ferry so that we could get our dinner on the main lands... but it's a Sunday, so, the ferry is too full! So, we had to wait 4 hours for the next one... At least we are in queue... So, we had our dinner on the island. It's so hard to just find food! Cause it's closed everywhere! But luckily, one of the cafe decided to serve us even though they are closed!!!

Alright, after dinner, back to the waiting, up the ferry and I just slept for the whole trip back.

Just feeling pretty down...

Oh well, today didn't really went well though...

Woke up kinda late in the morning... Argh... Luckily, wasn't late for work.

Morning till afternoon, nothing much really happen. Things ain't that bad till the late afternoon!

Argh... I just dun know why!!! I spent hours trying to fix up Maya! I did encounter the problem before, but I just forgot how to solve it again!!! Oh... I just remembered, I've never solved the problem... Yikes! Okay, I think I just remembered the cause... But anyway, the manipulator just refuses to show up! Argh! And after I thought it was fixed, it disappear again! Grr....

And after that, I had a really bad drive with the instructor. I really feel motion sickness after that. The instructor just did far too much sudden break. I wasn't even controlling the car! Argh... It's like I've wasted a drive. Oh well, hope I can get to practise more and just get my license already... Argh...

And right after that driving session, I just feel really sick, can't eat much food... Argh... And I guess I kinda feel so down...

Ya... Maybe sometimes I just think too hard... Argh... It's just hard to live with others sometimes... Do feel like moving out at times... But I just don't have the money. Do feel like I'm being boss around sometimes... Oh well, at least things do work out in the end...

I just feel like crying... But why can't I just cry!!! Argh!!! So irritating to try to squeeze out tears! Oh well...

I don't know... Maybe it's just my down time... Feeling so down... And weak at times... Just kinda lost at what I am and I do... Argh... Yikes... Gotta try to cheer up more! Positive thinking attracts positive energy!!! AHH!!! Fight-o oh!

We went there by bus! Our Japanese friend Tomo-san's International student group organized this great trip to Mt.Rainier!!!

Woo! So, it's free and easy 3 hours to hike up where ever u want!

Las Vegas!!

Alright, it's been 1 month, but here I am blogging about my Vegas trip!

Since it's Independence day and that means that we have a long weekend! Woo! So, I went to Las Vegas to look for my Aunt! It's so fun!!! My roommates went separately to Vegas too!

Vegas is really hot though! Around 40 degrees Celsius. It's extremely hot but good thing is that it's dry! Phew! But still I have sweaty butts! Argh!!!!

3rd July 2009, Friday
Took a morning flight to Las Vegas! It's really early! There's a transition in Boise, and then Vegas! Reached Vegas at around Noon. My first words when I landed 'It's HOT!'

My Aunt came to pick me up at the airport! And she drove me around! Woo!!! The whole horizon and sky looks really fake!

So, we went along the Strip! That's where all the Casinos and Hotels are! Each hotel have their own theme and animals! Live animals!!! As well, as theme parks and some other stuff.

Yep! That's M&M's! All sorts of chocolate candies and merchandise. Didn't went in but saw my other roommates having some M&M lip balm and lots of M&M cushions in the airport.

4th July 2009, Saturday, Independence day!
So, for the day, went around to a few parties! Well, my Aunt's friends' parties! And lots of homemade Hawaiian Food!!! Taste so so so GOOD!!! And it's eat and eat and eat!!!

Okay, so this is the day where I spend my time hanging around at the Strip!

And, after sightseeing around, we went to watch Cirque Du Soleil's Mystere! The show is at Treasure Island. It's super good! Cool, fun and interesting show!! I so wanna go watch all of Cirque Du Soleil's shows!!!

6th July 2009, Monday
Last day in Vegas.. There's still so much to do and see and so little time!!!

So first off, to Red Rock Canyon!!!

The drive there... Everything still looks so like a picture!!

And after that Red Rock Canyon, my Aunt drove me all the way to the other side of Vegas, Hoover Dam!

Well, we had too little time, so we just took photos. Didn't join the Dam tours!

Right after that, we went to 'Eat-all-you-can' Sushi place! Yummy! Had like, 2 plates of Oysters and lots of Sushi! The sushi is good!!! They had generous serving of fish with not that much rice!

Okay, after the meal, it's off to the airport...

And as I walk around the airport, got a call from 1 of my roommate. He missed his flight back! Yikes! So, end up he bought another airticket to fly back on the same plane as mine.

Oh well, so we got home and I asked what happened? Well, he forgot something important at the scanning gate and had to go get it. So, the plane took off with his bags and without him. And 1 of the flight attendent took the rest as he walk out of the plane, 'Good Luck to your Friend!' then their plane took off!

Okay, that's my Vegas trip! Didn't went to Grand Canyon like they did though! Oh well, next time!

Parades around Seattle

Alright, another long time...

Okay, I'll just go straight to it. There are quite a few parades! After the parades, they usually have a fair and a beer garden. It's illegal to drink alcohol outside.

Well, the parades have quite some interesting people around!

28th June 2009, Gay Pride Parade
Yup! It's Gay Pride! And there are lots of freebies! They threw coffee samples, coupons, bead necklaces, condoms, badges... It's really a long parade. Oh well, but most of them are repeated from Fredmont Parade and there are a lot of advertisements too. Other than those there are quite some really interesting display!

As we walk around, we saw the Gay Pride fair and beer garden! And so we walked around!

20th June 2009, Fredmont Parade

This is kinda like a tradition for them to ride on the bike naked for this parade. Well, but lots of interesting costumes and vehicles!!

This is a cool vehicle!

After that, there's the fair at Gaswork park! Yup! It's like an old gas factory area!

The usual, we are just taking photos all over!

I always can't find the right timing to jump!!!

Okay, well, we almost got hit by a glass bottle cause some kid was playing on the roof back at the colorful valves and pipes area. But, phew! No injuries!

Vancouver trip in June 2009

So much to blog but so little time! Argh... Okay, so here's about Vancouver trip over the first week of June weekends!

Still thinking if I should blog about the parades.... Hmm....

06th June 2009, Saturday
Kinda like a good thing that I don't know how to drive! So, the guys drove us all the way to Vancouver!!! It's a pretty long drive, around 5 hours!

So here we are at our first stop point before the the customs! We had our brunch there!!!

And finally, we are in Vancouver! Checked into our rooms and out we go to the streets!

This is really fun! U had to grab the form and go around the area to collect the stamps in all the attractions in order for u to get a certificate!!

Waking up to free breakfast in the hostel! Packed our stuff and hang out around a bit before we head back!

And so, we split up into 2 groups! I can't cycle, so I choose to walk around the shopping area!

Well, meet up with my friend and his wife, and he recommended this really good Dim Sum place called the Rain flower Restaurant! It's nice meeting him again after so long!

Haven't been blogging for a super long time... Oh well, I'll just blog about some events that happened during May!

23rd May 2009, North West Folk Life Festival

This festival is in Seattle, right at the Space Needle! Well, it's a huge bazaar. Cool thing is, there are lots of street performers!

That's strawberry shortcake! My lunch for the day!!!

There we are having our delicious lunch bought from the stalls!

Yummy!

And there we go walking around the place! And look at all the cool people playing their instruments!

Yup! That's the crowd! Picnicking, enjoying the lovely sun and listening to music!

Just happen to see this old car!

And so we went to the arcade and played DDR! Woo!

And more cool stuff going on!

Okay, snack time! It's a sea salt chocolate! Yum!

Tada! Chocolates!!!

And that's a big fountain!

After the fair, we went to a nice lady's house for dinner! We met her at the supermarket where she recognized Singlish! And so that's how we ended up having dinner at her nice apartment!

Okay, the fish is gonna get burnt and yet, I'm still taking this stupid photo! Oops!

And finally, food is served! Nice! The fish is saved, so no burnt fish!

16th May 2009, Cheese Fair and Street Fair
The Cheese Fair right at Pike's Place Market in Downtown Seattle!

You just have to queue up to taste the cheeses!!! It's free for tasting!

When there's cheese, there's wine! But didn't go to the wine tent though. Gotta pay to go in!

Okay, so we just continue to walk around Downtown Seattle. And finally found the 1st Starbucks!

Next on, the Street Fair at the U-district! Well, not much photos, basically, it's like a huge bazaar that stretch across a few streets!

Okay, this is just me in the painting class! Well, that's the 3rd lesson and I missed the last lesson...

Hiking at Wallace Lake

Yeah! The first hiking!! Okay, so our colleague, Ben picked us up at our house this time! Yeah! And he drove us to hike!!!

There are the Lower Falls, Middle Falls, UpperFalls and Wallace Lake at the Wallace Falls! And we kept climbing up, up and up!!

We grabbed sandwich for lunch and ate it at one of the points with a great view!

And took quite alot of photos along the way!!!

After taking lots of photos of the waterfalls and rainbows, we went hiking through to get to Wallace Lake. This time, there isn't really a path, just have to follow the blue marker!!! And up we went!

Along the way, there's ice on the ground! And, slugs too! Slugs shit out grass?! Or rather, that's what it seems like!!!

And, we threw rocks at trees! And threw rocks into the lake to try to catch salmons!! Hoho! Well, the path is pretty nice! It has sorta like a fairy tale feeling!

I just love that rainbows! It's so rare to see rainbows! Okay, and we are the last to leave the Falls!!! It's gotten really dark at night and it's pretty hard to get down. But, it's a nice view on the way down too!

And that's our first visit to the cinema! It's 10USD for a movie! And our first movie was 'X-Men - Wolverine'!!!

Tulip town!

Okay, so it's the weekends and we headed out to the Tulip Festival at Tulip town! Well, it's an hour drive to the place!

Our friendly colleague, Tomo-san, drove us there! And the guys, drove there in our house car as well. And, just when the car is about to reach there, their car broke down!!!

It's kinda bad but... We went on ahead to the Festival while they had to push the car and get it to a repair workshop...

Here comes the Tulip Town!!!!

Beautiful tulips! So what we did there is, take photos!!! It's the best play to self-photograph! It looks so good in almost all the angles!

All the flowers and scenery looks so good that it looks fake! And the board where u stick ur head out and take a photos! Fun!!! Well, I'm carrying a pink box of cookies around! It's like a picnic!

And, how can we ever miss the Tulip Town Tractor Trolley?! And up we went! It's a little bumpy but fun!!! The view is so much better up on the Tractor! Ooh! It rhymes! And, the farm right beside, we saw the 2 horses kissing!!! That's so romantic!

And at the festival, they have display at the interior as well!

After the festival, we went to The Premium Outlets to shop a bit and get dinner. And also to get the guys. Tomo-san was really nice to make several trips to get us all back home... We used up the whole tank of his fuel!!! Yikes...

Well, it's a pretty much exciting trip!

The toilet got clogged badly... This kinda reminds me of the time in China... Hahaha!!!

Well, what happened was, Mass shitting. Everyone just had the feeling of shitting at the same time. So, we shitted one after another and ended up the toilet got clogged really bad!

Got a Plumber to unclog the toilet! That's 140 bucks down the drain!

But our car broke down... Something like, the battery died... Argh...

24th April 2009
Hoho! The car is back on! The guys named the car SG1 though. And the next car is gonna be called SG2....

Played Horseshoes with colleagues! And my team won!!! WOO!!!!

Oh ya, What is horseshoes? Basically, this sport is simple! Just have to try and toss the horseshoes(those shoes wore by horses) into the pole on the opposite side. The horseshoe that is the closes to pole will get 1 point, and having the horseshoe in the pole will earn u 5 points! And the first team that got 11 points will win the game!

Oh well, I think we spent around 3 hours playing it. And yikes... I didn't finish up my work! Bad... Uh-oh... Better work harder next week!

Registered for the driving school! It's gonna start at the end of May! And, went for the first Acrylic Painting Class in the University District!!

Anyway, work is getting busy! What have I been doing for the past week?! Yikes! Seems to have passed so fast!

I guess it sounds kinda crazy but I think I wanna get a keyboard and play... Hmm... So many things I feel like doing suddenly. Weird, used to wake up to the piano everyday but don't feel like touching it, now I wanna play it... Then, often so lazy to work out but now I wanna do it... Oh man...

Alright! I'll start with some random stuff!

First off, the Nightmare before Christmas shirt that I bought from Disney store!!!

Hoho! We've got matching shirts! (Argh! It's selling cheaper now!!)

And our pantry always have very nice stuff! Other than the usual potato chips, red vines, soft drinks, carrots and cereal bars, we had popcorns!!!

What's so special? Look at super nice flavours!!!! Woo!!!

Actually, I think I'm getting fat here... Ah!!! Any tips for exercising to slim down the hips area?

Oh ya, and my hands kept cracking!!! Cry!!! My hair is dry too... And so...

I bought these items!

Well, the Burt's bee body lotion is GOOD! hoho! And it gives your skin a shiny finish after u apply! Really! There's some glitter in it! and the Optimum care for the hair is working too!!! But for now, I'm trying to finish off the moisturizers that I have first. And, I haven't tried the Bed Head control freak yet...

I'm done with the randomness so on to SAKURAs~!!!

It's almost the end of the season for the blooming flowers of the cherry blossoms!! And so, we slowly made our way out. It's a long way to the University district to view the beautiful flowers!

We were too hungry so, we went to grab our lunch at a really nice Thai restaurant while we waited for the bus.

Yummy! I had Tom Yum noodles!!

After lunch, we took a bus to the University district! And their school looks super nice! Makes me wanna study there!

The University campus is so NICE!!!!

Well, right by the fountain there are some sakura trees and flowers! So, we took photos!

Yeah! Nice angles? I'm still practising self-taking photos!

We had our little picnic at the fountain! It's Bakery! And they taste really nice!!!!

We saw a fake crocodile in the middle of the fountain! That made us thought that the ducks are fake too... But the ducks are REAL!!! There's alot of ducks around here though! It's kinda like a common sight, squirrels as well. Heard that raccoons are common as well, but haven't seen any of them yet.

And finally! The main area of attraction! SAKURA trees!!!! Yeah!!!

Yup! Climbed up the trees! It's fun!!!

Then we continued to explore the campus! And we walked to their school library!

Even their library looks so nice!

Oh man! Nice University with all the Victorian style buildings!

Okay, so after the picnic, Sakura viewing, Sakura climbing and taking lots of photos, we went to downtown Seattle! It's Anime Festival at the Convention Center!!!

Cool eh?

Well, they are alot of people in costume! It goes on for around 2 to 3 days. We'll need a ticket to get in to the actual event. We are all broke, so, we stayed outside and take photos!!!! Hee!!!!

After that, we walked down to the bay area and grabbed our dinner at The Crab Pot! I got fish and chips! It's nice!!!

After dinner, we got a bus to the transit center and, we got stuck there. Well, there's no more bus back home... Luckily, a nice lady helped us by giving us helpful numbers to call. And she saw a cab and made us took notice of it! It's really rare to see cabs outside of town!

Well, at least we managed to get 2 cabs... It's so expensive! The meter jumps really fast! 1 mile cost 2.50 bucks, plus addition 2.50 for to get on the cab!!

Oh well, at least we got a really nice dessert! It's a big apple with chocolate coating, cinnamon, marshmallows! Well, they had different flavours/coatings. We got a rocky road and cinnamon flavours! It's so nice that everyone just finish it!!!!

Cleaned up the house and went to Alderwood mall again. It's Easter, so, hardly any shop is opened for the day. Oh well, but still bought a shirt and a jacket... AHH!!!

After that, we went to get groceries for the house! And we went broke! Then we had dinner and ran for the bus!

It's a rainy day and the buses here will reach the stops way earlier than the allocated time, around 5 mins earlier! And yea... once again, we missed the last bus! (It's Sunday, so bus serivces ends really early, around 7 or 8 pm)

So... Once more, it's cab....

Bugis Village... Our regular shopping area! I miss the old Bugis Village cafe!!! I also remember their 'hard as rock' mini muffins where we are supposed to dip in the soup? It's so hard that u can throw and break the glass! But now it's changed to a Hong Kong style restaurant?

If can't draw straight lines, use the 'Ruler'!! Nah... A bit crooked looks cuter!

Oh!! I think I remember this time! Yeah! I remember there's one photo that looks like u are strangling me?

Hmm... Remember we went to Candy Empire in Millienium Walk, which is opposite Suntec? Oh man! Candies!!! And, er... We took photos in Candy Empire as well?!

Food! The one thing that we always spend alot on! Ah... I kinda miss Sushi... Hmm... I'm not too sure about my appetite now, it seems like it has grown bigger but still not as big as when we were younger. And we are spamming Sakae Sushi buffet often!

Oh I remember the shopping! But I don't think we went Sketches after that... I'm wearing a different outfit! And that photo! U misled ur blog readers by saying both hands are mine! Haha! We really bought quite alot of stuff!

I thought this is the time where we went to Coffee Club Express at Habourfront Center after Sentosa? Pei Zhi was with us as well? Oh ya! That sentosa trip where we met that weird guy that spoilt our girls talk day? Remember?

Oh ya! That's my old friend! Well, I'm not that old! It's around 16 years of friendship! Oh well, we are celebrating his birthday at the dark back alley that day! Hmm... Alright! Hoho! Work, work, work... Okay! Let's take a break! And there's our exercise walk around the industrial area!!!
It's around half of the company taking a walk! Hoho! There's no rain, so it's a pretty nice day!!

1st April 2009, Wednesday
Happy April's Fool! Yeah! It's not a joke, we had half day off and a company lunch!!! And, it's also not a joke that we had Harassment training as well! It's sorta like going through a lecture on Harassment and the laws and policy that protects it.

Oh yeah! We had company lunch at Stellar Mia! It's sorta like a farm-like place. Oh well, I forgot my camera on this important day though. Luckily Matt, Fala and Doreen brought theirs, so I just grabbed their photos!!!

The food is pretty yummy!!! Okay, after the company lunch, we went to Alderwood shopping area! Alrgiht! We went to H-Mart where they sell all the Asian food stuff. It's sorta like a Korean supermarket. Probably opened by a korean guy. There's pretty much alot of food there!! But we only walked around and grabbed a few things from H-mart.

Since it's raining, and we are waiting for the bus, we went in Borders and had Seattle best coffee! After that, we had dinner in the mall as well... Extremely full after that!

I'm lovin' it! Hoho! Yep! It's Macdonalds! Once again, I didn't bring my camera! So, the photos are from Fala!

Well, the burger size is around the same size as it is in Singapore! The apple pie tastes kinda different though! It's softer and there's cinnamon on top of it! The filling is the same though.

3rd April 2009, Friday
Finally! We went down to apply for Social Security card! Well, we had to wait for 10 after we reach the U.S before we can apply for it! Phew! That's one more task down. And next will be buying a car, and for me, getting a license as well!

After the card application, we went out for lunch. Oh ya, we had half day off to do these stuff. So we are hanging around Alderwood shopping area which is in Lynnwood. We wanted to eat at the Asian foodcourt beside H-mart, but the price is way too expensive! It's around 10 bucks for 1 plate of food!

So, instead we headed to the mall and on the way there, we found a small restaurant selling Japanese, Korean and Chinese food which is not that expensive. And...

Tada! They have Bubble Tea!! Okay, they only have Ice Blended though. Their 'pearl' is called 'tapioca' instead. Hoho! It actually tasted pretty good, but it's still pretty expensive though I can't really recall how much it is.

4th April 2009, Saturday
Weekends! It's a pretty sunny day! Yeah!!!!! Nice weather! And so... Off to Downtown Seattle!!! Yoo hoo!!!!

Took some photos at the Transit Center while we wait for the other bus!

Then, we finally reach! It's a city! There are really a lot of interesting people around! There are performances, petitions, and alot of things going on on the streets!

And yeah... There's even a horse carriage!

Okay, so we went to the famous Pike Place market! Whoa! Alot of stuff in the market place, there's a total of 3 levels! There's even a magic shop selling all the props!

The tiles of the market place are carved with names. Not too sure what's that about though, each and every tile had a different name.

And so, what's so special about the market?

Fish throwing!! Look at all the people with cameras waiting for someone to order and throw the fish! Heard that a Japanes guy opened the stall. Argh... Too bad no one ordered a BIG fish! So wanna see they throw a big fish around.

Hungry! Piroshky, Piroshky! Look at that queue!!!

I think I was really hungry that day! While others bought just 1 packet, I got 2! Both the packets belong to me! What's Piroshky? It's something like a big bread! They have quite a few different flavours for it! Some even had filings! The stall is opened by an Asian guy and the food actually originated from Russia. Hmm... If I didn't remember wrongly...

Coffee!!!! That's gotta be Starbucks!!

Not too sure yet, but it's probably the 'First' Starbucks (Probably the Second Starbucks as the First Starbucks is not called Starbucks. Probably gotta Wiki that to check it out!). The table that we are sitting at seemed to have quite a long history. It's written "The table has had many lives Before arriving here, it graced a local restuarant and before that, a Seattle-area home. Where will it live next?"

And since it's Pike Place Market's Starbucks, I just had to order Pike Place Brew! Nice!!!!
"You and Starbucks. It's bigger than coffee."

Okay, off to more shopping!!! And there we are at Sneaker City!!

Alright! Most of us got new shoes!!!!

We continued to walk around and look for Seattle's library. Then, we found me!

Hoho! Just like Singapore Art Museum (SAM), here's it's also SAM (Seattle Art Museum)!

Walk, walk and walk!!!

Oh well, we took photos for each of us at the same spot! And then... When we wanted to go into the library, it's CLOSED!!! AHHHH!!!! Oh well, so we explore the area around and look for dinner!!!!

This is really one of the sunniest day since I've got here!!!! It's sunny, so we just can't miss the chance to wear shorts and bermudas!!! And, we had Tully's coffee! And, after so long, I had white coffee for the first time in Seattle!!! Hmm... I forgot what coffee it is. But I remember asking them how to pronounce the name of the coffee!

Hoho! I think I had a pretty weird outfit though!

Oh ya! It's quite a happening day! After we reach home, there are around 4 police cars right outside our house. And, the police handcuffed a guy and walked out of the neighbor's house. Why so many cars? Well, in each car there's only 1 policeman! Haha... Not sure what happen anyway. Oh well...

6th April 2009, Monday
Well, some usual stuff that we do at night after work! We cook and I mess up! Haha! And for this day, it's Sushi!!!!

And, I made that Tamago! It's so hard to roll it with a round pan! We all had a turn to roll the Sushi! And despite my small size, I rolled the biggest Sushi and made the biggest Onigiri!!!

Happy Birthday to Doreen!!!

Argh! The weird thing is, why is it in my room?! Haha! Trapped Doreen inside my room to make her transfer photos! Then, prepared the cake! It's actually belated though. Haha... Well, there's even an NG!!! I off the lights but the cake and candles not here! Grr!!! Oh well, at least it kinda goes pretty well after that! It's Caramel Cheese Cake! Yummy!!!

Okay... It's like, 2am now... yikes... I need to go to sleep! So going to catch a movie in the weekends!!! AHH!!!

Okay, the coffee joke was for quite some time!!!

I made coffee that is super thick for my house mates! Also know as Kopi-o gao gao!!! Oops... Then after that, my coffee became notorious!!! It became so famous among my house mates that they call it Sambucks!!! Hoho!!!

Oh well, took some photos of the office!!!

Look at the cake! It's on the table at the reception area!!!

And Mozart!!! He love to play fetch!!! He can do that all day!!!

And tada! My lovely desk at the center of the pit in the office!

After that, our colleagues drove us back home! Alright!!!! Then, we invited them in and made them Milo! Haha!!! There is no Milo here! Only Hot chocolate or Hot cocoa!!

Oh ya, when u wanna da-bao/take away, it's called 'to go' here! Here it's 'Eat it' or 'to go'!!! Not 'Take away!'

Talking about food... I was modeling a mug today and I felt that I have an alcohol craving!!! Haha...

Okay, I'm tired... So wanna watch DMC Anime!!! I can't find the streaming site!!!!! ARgh!!!! And, wanna watch animes!!!! Feel so long since I last watched 1!!! Shall go sleep le... Nitez!!!!

The Weekends in Bothell and Lynnwood!!!

Okay, the weekends.... Yeah!!! Slept late!!!

28 March 09, Sat
Oh well, but kinda overslept....

Hoho! Went to the airport to fetch Doreen! And, we overslept!!! On the way to the airport, we are all praying that she won't come out so soon... And phew! We made it in time!!!

We are early actually! Then Fala saw all the travel tours and guides and planners! And kept grabbing and grabbing them. And I joined her in grabbing the tours brochures! It's addictive! Once u grab 1, u'll wan to grab more!!!

Then we went to grab coffee and jelly donuts!!! Yeah! Kat got it for us! It's on the company! Yeah! Free Donut and Coffee!!!

After that, saw the guys walking down the hill as we drive pass them. Then meet them at the bank to settle the banking stuffs!

Next it's lunch time!!! Went to Arby's to have fast food!

And, during lunch, I finally saw the first cab/taxi here!!!!!!!

After lunch, went to Albertsons to get more groceries and look at the cakes!!!!!

And got brooms and stuff as well! Tada!! Josh in his Yellow Poncho? Not sure how u spell that. Haha... It's a really striking colour!!!! Cool eh?

And, seeing that broom in the photo, u guys might have guessed it! It's clean up time! We vacuum our carpets and then, clean and wash the toilets!!!

Also, I took a super long time to do my laundry... Well, the simple process is, put in washer and wash(maybe around 30mins?), then, take out and separate the jeans, place the non jeans into the dryer to dry first(around 1 hour), then take out and put the jeans in to dry (another 1 hour). Well, but i took the whole day!!! Cause i kept forgetting about it...

That's the laundry that I kept forgetting about!!!

Oh ya, I think I made some mashed potatoes for fun as well. And, I refuse to eat it... Haha...

Oh man... Once again, overslept....

It's a sunny day today!!! Miss the sun so much!!! Yeah! It's much warmer today!!!

Okay, then, off into the mall! Saw the Gumball machine!!! I just wanna try it! Yummy! But after chewing, it's tiring...

Alright, then shop and bought quite alot of stuff!!!! bought a few more clothes and then, got sweets as well!!! Hee!!!! Haven't took photo of the sweets!

I bought truffle and root beer sweets and candy powder!!!! I am so tempted to buy that super big kisses chocolate!!! Oh well, guess not, might be too sweet! Haha!

Anyway, we girls took really long to shop and made the guys waited for around 1 hour!!! Hoho! Oops! And, I got Starbucks coffee!!!!

Then, waited for the bus and chatted at the bus stops about scars! Took the buses back home and ate maggi mee for dinner! Hoho! The guys did the cooking again!! While we are trying our new clothes! Oops!

Okay, some random stuff! Alright here are the coins in the US! 5 cents is bigger than 10 cents! And quarter dollar is really useful! Like, buying gumballs? And it's kinda easier to count. I have too much 1 cent coins now!!! ARgh!!! I'll try to get rid of it!

Oh man... running out of money again... I think it's kinda scary! Haven't really calculated, but I think I've spent quite alot already!!! Everytime there's a shopping trip, my mentally will become like tourist! Which is pretty bad! I should keep track of my spending!!! Argh!!!! So so so wanna buy more cute t-shirts!!!

Oh well, got down from the airport, got on the van and then ride to the house. Nice photogenic house!

And, I look so like a teenage boy from Matt's Photos of me in the house... Darn!!!! Ahh!!! I think I need papaya milk!!!

Okay, basically, stayed at the house and waited for the carpet cleaners to wash the carpet on the first floor. While, the others went to the office to write emails, then do groceries and open banks accounts, blah blah blah...

Then we had a simple dinner, some eggs and some food(i forgot).

Alright!!! And we went to explore further to Lynnwood! And clothes!!! Haha! Went to shop for clothes! There is old navy shop as well! Okay, first off food, went to eat at The old spaghetti factory!

Oh well, and one of our house mate got into the hospital because he accidentally ate a kidney bean which he is allergic to. Luckily, he's okay. Well, no nuts and no beans!

As they went to the hospital, we had to continue our shopping. So, went around to shop.

Then, after that, waited for quite a while at the bus stop because we missed the bus! And it's COLD!!!! Back home for dinner! I forgot what we cook, well, it's food!

The first day of work! Okay, so I guess I've pretty much talked about these few days in the previous post. Haha... Saw ducks!!! They roam around free!!!

Oh ya! By the way, there is a game room in the office! Hoho! But it's COLD! no heater in there! But still, it's the GAME room! There's like Nitendo, Xbox, PS3!!!! Well, played Rock Band on Xbox!!

Okay, so the title is super simple and exactly the same as others. Oops!! Also the first post typed using the laptop!!! Okay, I'll do this quick post about Seattle... Won't have that much photos for now...

Hmm... Let's start with the flight...

Alright, the flight here is super long!!! Well, stopped over at Narita airport in Japan!! Okay, got Tokyo Banana as recommended by Jewl!!!

Well,hmm... can't remember how long it took. Anyway, at Narita Airport, we went to Macdonalds to eat since the planes are not providing lunch!!! Hehe... I ate Ebi Burger! Well, actually, there's like jet lag, so, dun really feel like eating much.

Oh ya! For the 2nd flight, it's exciting! I'm at the last row of the plane! And, there are turbulance!!! Whoa! Excitingly shaky!!!! Oh well, not much movies on the plane, watched a bit of Changeling but, kept falling asleep. So, end up sleeping... Well, most of the movies I've watched, so, nothing much to watch. Hoho! End up watching Disney channel!!!

Okay, upon reaching Seattle, took the train like thing... Whatever it is... Then, a van to our house!!

While I was compiling this photo, I just realized that I didn't take any photo of my room!!

Had 2 days to rest up and recover from Jet lag before work. And, during these days, went to open a bank account, buy more stuff for the house as well as exploring around the neighbourhood! Argh... We lived up hill... It's just so tiring to keep climbing up, but no choice, need to walk and exercise to warm up, so I usually walk fast! Hoho!

Till now, haven't been to the city. It's kinda like a country side here. U really need a car! Everything is super spread out! And, the bus services end early too! Also, haven't seen a cab/taxi around yet! Oh well... Kinda boring...

The weather here is cold! It usually raining!!! And, yea... people still wear shorts! They are used to the weather though! Well, shopping is really cool! Saw Levi jeans for around 30USD!!! Which is around half price cheaper!! And also, North Face and Old Navy!!! Anyway, I think I need more clothes... Kinda bad... All the photos of me looked like I'm a guy! Yikes...

Hmm... Bus service... Goes by time and if u miss 1, u'll have to wait around half an hour to 1 hour... And, it's pretty expensive! It's $1.50USD per trip!!! And we are pretty lucky for the first day of work! The moment we reach the bus stop, the bus came and everything went pretty smooth. Well, 2nd day, we had to run!!!! And 3rd day, we took the wrong bus and we ended up walking... 4th day, something is wrong with the money sucking machine!!! Ended up I paid 1 dollar more! Oh well, the rest of the days are getting better! And, for today, I think I got back like 50 cents? Hmm... It's getting more and more confusing, money wise... Hopefully, we'll be able to get a car soon!!!

Anyway, didn't really took much photos, so most of them i grab it from the others... This is the interior of the bus and the tickets!!

And now, I've noticed, there are big fat juciy earth worms that comes out when there is rain or when the floor is wet!!! Eeeewwww....

Anyway, started working so Tada!! The office...

Anyway, hoho! The Redvines became one of my favourite snacks just because it's chewy... But, it's tasteless thought... And, the rabbit! Hoho!!! Rabbit with red eyes! It's like a routine! I'll say hi to the rabbit the first thing I reach the office!

Okay, then, my aunt FedEx me a phone!!! Yeah!!!! Spent quite some time opening it though...

Oh well, it's 3 am here now... Well, there's like around 15 hours difference in time... Okay, finally it's Sat!!! Okay, I'll be off to bed, probably take more photos tmr! Argh! And I look so manly in photos! Maybe I need more Papaya milk!

Went out with Jewl for lunch and movie! Went to watch K-20. Not bad!

For lunch, we had Thai Express! The waitress is super enthusiastic! She introduced us to some nice appetizers! Then, occasionally chat with us. And photo-wise, she took from both sides! Very nice and funny person!

After the movie, we went Starbucks! Whoa! I didn't know that they have Delivery service!!

26th Feb, Thursday
Hoho! Movie with my cousins! We went to Aston to eat!

Well, we really spent a long time queuing up at Aston, at least the food and price was worth the wait.

After that, we dash for the movie, Suspect X! Quite a nice show.

Okay, gathering with future colleagues. We went to K buffet at Cineleisure!

Whoa! It's expensive! $37!! I just don't get it! Why when I went KTV with Prett-Teen, she got $10 cheaper?!

I really think Prett-teen is really VIP! She got BIG BIG room for us and DISCOUNTS!!!

At least there are teppanyaki and quite alot of other food! Then of course, KTV!!! Whoa! First time in KTV I heard so many different languages! There are the usual, Mandarin and English songs then there are also Japanese and Vietnamese song as well as Hokkien and Cantonese!

Just as we are about to leave, I went to the toilet... As I walk out, 2 girls was walking in front of me said, "Wah! How come people come KTV to sleep?" Then curiously, I looked into the room! Whoa! People making out... Well, of course, with clothes on...

28th Feb, Saturday
Since some of my future colleagues can't make it on Friday, organized another gathering on Saturday for ice skating!

In the morning, went out to the creative fair thing to take a look! Saw old class mates and then we disturb and pinic at their booth! Hoho!

Then shop around and then I left for the ice skating. Well, supposed to be there earlier, but everyone else is late, except for 1... Oh man...

Upon reaching the leisure park, "Ice Skating Ring will be closed for 2 days for renovation" (-_-)" Ended up, we went to watch a movie, 'He's just not that into you'! Quite a long show, more like a reality show, not bad!

Then during the movie, the others started msging... Oops...

After that, met up with some others and then went for bowling. Whoa! Amazingly, the machine of our lane Jammed 2 times!!!

Really hungry for dinner and we took a bus to Kallang MRT. No space and we cannot stand up, so we are all squatting or half squatting in the bus... And finally, reached the MRT... Went to Korean BBQ for dinner!

After dinner, still went over to Orchard to have dessert! Then home sweet home after that!

A Sunday and argh!!

Woke up to a supposingly nice sound of music, sounded like bells. Well, then it continued... The ringing probably started around 9 am I think...

Argh... It's just so frustrating! There is some event nearby and they are playing the music over and over and over again. there probably only 3 tones/notes... It sounded the same! From morning all the way till night they continuously played... It's just so irritating! Driving me nuts!

Prayed hard for the rain to come, hoping to stop that noise. The heavy rain came, but still, they continued. ARGH!!!

For the whole day, just can't do anything, tried blasting music, then it didn't work... Their bells are just too loud! Super irritating! I think there are several complains so they did make it sound softer and softer, but it's still loud!!!!

I just can't stand it and I screammmmmm!!!!! Of course, it's still the same, they are still playing the noise. Sounds cruel but at that point of time I'm just really wishing for car or lorry to just crash into the building, that will probably stop them from playing.

Argh! Oh well, a wasted Sunday...

Movie with Jewl again! Seems like Tuesday is our movie day! This time it's Slumdog Millionaire. Not bad! Pretty interesting!

We went to Feast food court to eat our dinner! Super full! Then after that, Jewl ran back home to catch her last episode of Catching dreams!

As for me, the moment I reach home, I dash to the toilet to shit!!! Hoho! Big one! It just burst out in 1 shot! PIAK!

Today, 23 Feb, 2009
I can't really remember what I did for the past few days though... Probably nothing... This sucks!

Alright I'll just go ahead to today! It's a pretty bad day...

Well, started out the morning with a bird shitted outside my window. Heard a 'Piak' sound! Then when to check out the window to find a large pile of greeny and brown stuff... Got really pissed off! Went to the toilet to get water and splashed off! It's like 7am in the morning!! So, I basically didn't care and just splash the water out for the window!!

After that, I just kept scolding the stupid person(whoever that is), who have a smaller brain than birds, for creating such lousy, ugly windows! Sucks... Then I just went back to sleep for around 2 hours then wake up and head to Mac for brunch.

Meet Mizroo for brunch. I guess the only good thing that happen was meeting her for brunch and chit chatting away!

Right after that, went to the bank to settle some card stuff... Till now, not even sure if the card is usable... There's just no pin number... Well, headed home and walked halfway to the library the bank called. Argh... forgot to sign... Then walk back and sign...

Walked back home... Then, it poured really heavily, even an umbrella doesn't work! Well, that kinda made me know why in Seattle it's ailen to carry an umbrella around. Seriously, it's crazy! With wind, it's worst to have an umbrella around. Basically, the bottom half of my body is completely wet!

Right after that, bath and pack up my bag. After that, went for the briefing... And when I thought the visa forms are almost the last set of forms, wrong! There are more to come... And things just gets worst and worst...

There are just too much things...

After that, heard one of the things required is to send a letter from a friend in the company to proof that u have worked in the company for 1 year... One of the person briefing us did said that it's the first time over 10 years they ever had such request. As I'm having all the part-times and stuff like that... I just asked them what to do. Well, they did say that they are not really sure... But sorta did said something like, 'if u do not have 1 year working experience u are not qualified to apply for the visa'.

I'm just really sick of these things... I just don't know how to squeeze out all the experiences... Sometimes I wondered if it's possible to calculate by hours instead of days? Working 16 to 18 hours per day, working everyday including Sundays and public holidays once in a company, so in this case I should spead out the hours, 1 days = 2 days, since there is no OT pay and not even considered as OT. If this is possible, I'll hit the 1 year requirement!! Argh...

And I just don't know how to ask ex collegues or ex boss for a letter of proof... How to even ask when they have treated me like an outcast, backstabbed me and spreaded untrue bad rumours that have already ruined my reputation.

This really sucks... I've been ashamed of my own country, some parts of my family, my secondary school, some outside activities, some companies that I've worked for, some used-to-be friends, ashamed of my past of all the years I've lived... I've hated so much... When I just started to see the good side, all these just happens...

I'm just still stuck... Just really hope all these will just be over... This really sucks...

Death? Why worry about death when I'm not even alive?

Argh... nothing just seems to be moving... if, just if this doesn't work out either, i really just have no idea where to go or what to do...

And, suppose to place a ring on the right pinky finger to 'bi xiao ren'(prevent petty backstabbers), but looks like I can't really do that... When there's a ring on my finger, it just felt really heavy...

Darn... What's with me these days? There are just so much thoughts in my head! Argh... Why can't I just hide some parts of myself... Argh... there are just alot of thoughts and debates going on in my head...

Fight? Why learn how to punch when u can't even use it when needed? When u can't even protect others?

Well, any case, back on track... After that briefing, went out for dinner. Oh well... So this week is really, ICE SKATING!! Oh well, hope it'll just work out somehow... It's just kinda hard to get everyone to go together...

After dinner, most of the others went back or had other appointments. So, it always end up with the 3D artists left hanging out together. Went to kino to look around, as always, tempted to buy those art books from ballistic, around $80-$90 per book... Argh! And also, graphic novels and comics!! Alright, after that, went to get Jewl's magazine!!! Darn! Sorry Jewl, I only managed to find Mina... went through the section for quite a few times but can't find Cawaii at all...

Then bored to go home, so went to watch movie, Benjamin Buttons! Well, it's quite interesting although is slow. It's quite a nice show! Oh well, didn't expect the show to be that long, so ended up taking cab because I just missed the last bus home... Sucks... But at least I watched a pretty nice movie!

Argh... Sucks... It's kinda troublesome to just be who u wanna be... I just hope something will be sorted out!!! PLEASE just let things go SMOOTH!!!

Yeah... Long time!

I've been busy compiling the stuff for my visa application. There are interviews, need to re-write my resume in American style, write short essays and bug a couple of people to help me write recommendation letter!

And, like every year, Chinese new year have to go out visiting and eating food! And it's sorta the time of the year where there are alot of gatherings! Finally, I've finished my cross-stitch!

Banana's Make Up Portfolio
The day before, it's a Friday, we all went to Banana's place to let her try out. Then her Dad cooked us a huge pot of noodle because somebody (okay, it's me...) says she is hungry! I ate alot! After that, Banana's Dad took out Vitagen! Just right, we are like 5 kids(Sea Banana, Oceancap, Banana and Sister and me) snatching the colourful drink!

The next day woke up early and head down to Paradiz Center. We are not that early, so we made Banana panic! Muahaha! Anyway, here are the photos!!

William's Birthday
Well, Shanon and Carolyn is back from Brisbane for a while in the past month and they are heading back already. We all met when we went to William's Birthday party! It's bad, but as usual, I'm late to meet up with them at train station. When I reach, they are playing Nintendo Dogs!! And Carolyn is shouting 'William! William'. She named the dog, William. Whoa!

Then went to William's house. We had dinner and chit chat around the table. Then got chase away because it's getting late and they might get complained! Haha!

The Zoo

There are quite a couple of new attractions there, even the Kids world is renovated! Went to the zoo with my cousins. Kinda like babysitting and helping to take photos. But those kids are really good! Haha! They bought us ice-cream while we are waiting for the Tram.

Took a ride on the boat, and played around at Kid's World!

After taking the new boat ride, then we know that the favourite food of Orang Utan is Durian!! So, we had lunch at the Ah Meng resturant right after we are done with the Kids' World. Just right we found a sit that is right in front of the feeding area. And, when we just started for a while, it's feeding time! So, there are alot of people crowding in the area and taking photos with the Oran Utans!

When they are done with the feeding, the Orang Utans went back to their exhibit but missed out one of them. This angry little Orang Utans swings around the corner of the resturant, broke 2 lights and threw the 3rd light down smashing it. Luckily, no one was injuried.

The zookeepers spent quite some time to get the Orang Utan back

Spent quite some time watching at the show. After that, we continued to walk to the tram station to take the tram!

End up we walked instead! Then we took the tram and went 1 round! Well, can't waste the tram tickets!!

Don't really know why but we saw alot of animals shitting, peeing and mating!! And at the Baboons exhibit, saw them mated not once but twice! It's in front of the kids too!!! Well, walked around and saw Polar Bear shitting! Then saw Elephant pee! Whoa! And noticing all these, hmm... Animal have a fixed position for shitting!!

Okay, that's like 2 weeks past...

Well, I've being doing spring cleaning! Sucked up all the dust and cleaned up my room! And now, I gotta finish up with all the lucky stars' straws, they are from secondary school... Cause I want to put all of them in a bottle then I don't have wipe one by one, just need to wipe the bottle! And then it's the pillow with cross-stitch! Need to start stitching up the picture and get the pillow out of the drawer! So I'll have more space! Oh ya, that cross stitch was bought when I was still in Poly!! I still remember the uncle that sells it! He's wearing G-string with a low cut pants!!

Then, 10th Jan 2009. Went for Wushu's BBQ at East Coast Park. When I reached there, so many unfamiliar faces... Ah... Then finally food! Good thing I'm early! So grab the food and stuff it in first! Hoho! Well, nothing much, just chit-chatting away and catch up and having fun!

And I got my last year's birthday present!!! Yeah! They distracted me by going around Sea banana's house a few times! I thought it's their stuff until Banana took out her camera and kept shooting away and she tell me to open it!

Okay... Basically, I'm staying at home and rotting away these days... Doing cross stitching, making lucky stars and playing Cabal... Other than that, I'm still waiting for my medical clearance and the visa forms... Argh... Sure hope everything will go smooth!!!

Family outing to look at Lights!

Hohoho! Well, brought my little sister to Orchard to see Christmas deco lights. Yup, it's 2 days after Christmas though. Wanted to take photo of her with the Christmas tree made of cute bears in Takashimaya, but, they removed it already! Damn!

Went to food republic to eat then after that, just hang around the area. Ate the famous ice cream in Orchard from the push cart with motor ice cream uncle! Walked in Isetan and Takashimaya. Didn't manage to go Kinokuniya!!! AH!!! Well, Taka is having sales fro pillows, bedsheets and tatami!!! Hoho!!!

The last day of feeding the Chinchillas. Oceancap coming back tomorrow, I think. Argh... Eh... I'm not too sure, but the Chinchillas seems to drop quite alot of fur... uh-oh...

Dad said wanna go to Orchard to see the decorations and light last night. Asked Mum again this afternoon, then she said she wanna watch the TV series! So, it's postpone to tomorrow.

Merry Christmas!

As usual... After the usual feeding times, I'm finally doing a bit of packing up my things! Cleared those messy letters and papers. Saw those art books! I think I wanna go buy a book called 'Expressions'. I think it'll kinda come in handy! I guess I should look for a box in the store room to place my old text books away.

Chatted with Oceancap's neighbour while I'm feeding the Chins! Haha! Then she kept wanting to psycho me to help her clean her house!

Then back home and I kept watching Channel 5! Hohoho!!! Christmas Holiday movies!! There's 'The Santa Claus' and a short 30 min 'Shrek the halls'! Well, missed 'The Grinch' the previous day though!

After the shows, chat online and I'm finally blogging again. Yeah... I'm, pretty lazy!

For this year, I didn't went out. Kinda bored with all the countdown stuff... So just stayed at home and kept playing Cabal...

Bad thing is, I think I'm a bit addicted to playing games. Hmm... Sometimes I find it a bit boring but still, I'm playing it... Or rather, maybe I'm just finding excuses to not draw. Argh!!! I need to push myself to draw more or paint more or model abit!!

Okay, so the usual routine for the day, sleep till noon, wake up feed myself, then feed the chinchillas and then back home. And back home gaming... Ahh!!!

Alright here's it! The day where I met myself and drank tea with myself at Cookie Museum!

Well, Me and Jewl had an appointment with Cookie Museum to have a cookie apprieciation session. Now they have new flavours! Besides the new Christmas menu, they have new flavours like, 'Winter Hokkaido', 'Tom Yam Crab', 'Marsala Crab', 'Hainanese Chicken Rice', 'Mugua' and many more!

First, we ordered some tea and then a cake to share! The cake is nice!!! It's nice and warm! Then, it's cookie appreciation time! The Chicken Rice cookies come with the chilli as well! Haha!!

Okay, then we placed our orders for Chinese New Year! Jewl got 'Winter Hokkaido' and I got 'Mugua'. 'Winter Hokkaido' is nice, but a bit spicy, then my family side, not alot of people eat spicy stuff, so safer to get 'Mugua'!

After that, we slack around... Then... it all began!

Hoho! Jewl got so sick of me talking to the mirror, so she took pictures of herself!

After cookie museum, went to MOF to eat dinner!

Okay, really quite random! Let's just start with the latest one first...

This is one exciting day! Er... Went for work at a company called Vopak which is located at PSA. Work isn't that exciting though. Okay, they are haven't a Christmas party, so we are there to promote healthy life style by asking them to play our games and win prizes and lucky draws!

So, we had our own Santa Claus!!!

While preparing for the labelling of boxes, discovered this:

I heard it's sorta like a shipping company. And, I kinda always link shipping and the sea stuff to Banana. Then, saw a few people that looked like Banana's colleagues! And I heard a familiar name which she occasionally mentioned before. So after that, I started to spam her phone with SMS... Haha! Wrong!!! She had no idea what company is that!

Then, after a while, I saw Airpork! Oh man! Completely wrong but I was coincidently right about having 1 friend working in the company. Wrong person! Haha!!! Well, cause I was link Airpork with food! Chat with him then found out, the company is shipping petrol... More of petrol than shipping!

Whoa! Heard quite alot of good stuff about the company from Airpork. I think their welfare is really good!

Oh well, then after work, we had to pack and go back to put the stuff in the office. And then I head to Orchard.

As I walk from Beach Road to Bugis MRT, saw Banana's Dieh!! He was shopping with his friend at beach road! And he's headed for orchard as well! Haha!

Then slowly walk to Bugis Junctions' toilet to pee and after that walk to MRT station. Then there he is again! Muahaha!!! But he didn't notice me for quite a long time!! Oh well, then off to orchard to meet all my ex-colleagues!

Okay, now I know there's a really famous Indonesian Restuarant in Lucky Plaza! Well, I just ate during work so I kinda didn't eat. But I ordered a drink called 'Happy Soda'!!! First impression of it, 'It's pink?!'

Alright, so it's catching up and chatting around! Then I took notice of the Christmas Decorations... Right in front of the ERP (A gate on the road to pay money if you pass by it), there was a frame with those characters on it and waving up and down. It's like wanting people to come in to the ERP!!! Whoa! It's like a trap!

Oh well, then back home!

Went to Douby Ghaut to support Jewl's Clothes stall at the Bazaar! Disturbed her a while then I went to watch 2 movies at The Cathy!

The 2 movies are 'The day the Earth stood Still' and 'Twilight'. Hmm... A little disappointed... The first movie was kinda like 'just like that.' And the second one is kinda like just an introduction. But 1 thing good is, by watching movies alone u don't have to worry too much about sitting in the front row!

Oh well, then nothing much... Went back to disturb Jewl and went home together. Okay, that's for the day!

Hoho! Spent the day with Enki-chan!!

Volcano soap from New Zealand, Bikini and Bag with alot of compartments!!!

She just came back from New Zealand!!! So we went to MOF to eat!! Then I opened my presents! First impression of the bikini, 'Eh... Looks too big leh... I quite flat one!' Keke!!! Oh ya, that's my first Birthday present!!! Yeah!!! Oh ya, MOF's food is nice! But I don't quite like their dessert...

After that, I went off to meet my family. They say wanna go visit and explore the new extension of Jurong Point Mall... Also, go eat some good stuff for my Birthday. There are long queues at all the resturants... End up we went to Ding Tai Feng to eat. Have to take queue number.

Waited for around half an hour or so... Ah... But all the nice dishes are sold out! Argh!! Like, plum juice and some fried appetitzers. Ordered just right, manage to finish all of the things. The food is nice! Wanna go there and eat again! Keke... I think Mum liked the food, because it's chinese cruisine!!

After dinner, both my parents want to buy me a cake. First, saw 'The Icing room'.
Sis: Daddy, I wanna go play and ice 1 cake!
Mum: Expensive! Not worth it!
Me: Can mah! Let sis design 1 cake for me!
Mum: Later she spoil the thing!

Continue to walk, and I saw Action City! I jokingly point to them say I wanna buy the bread with the bear design.

Mum: Buy bread for what?
Dad: Can mah! Tomorrow morning's breakfast can eat also!
Mum: Buy cake better!

I'm lauging behind them as I watch them quarrel! Then finally:

Me: It's fake lah! Cannot eat one!

Okay, continue to walk on... Look at the cakes at Polar and Bengawan Solo.

Mum: Buy fruits one?
Dad: Don't want! Everytime fruits!
Me: ...
Mum: Christmas fruit cake?
Me: ...
Me: Chocolate?
Mum: Don't want!
Me: Black Forest?
Mum: Aiyo! Don't want!
Me: ...
Me: Don't have much flavours to choose from. Nevermind. Don't need buy cake.
Mum: Cannot! You think for you? We all want to eat cake!

Dad: Won't!
Salesperson: It's nice one! Not hot!

Then finally! Settled!!!

Okay, this day, went to Sintex Fair with Jewl to get her Pink Toy-like Cannon Camera!! Okay, met her and took the train from Boon Lay.

I thought it's at Suntec... After that then realized that it's at Expo! Haha! So, we went to Changi Airport to eat first!!

Took quite some time to eat then off to Sintex. Hoho! Need to queue up around 2 times to purchase the camera! Long queues and there are all in the middle of no where!

Oh well, after that, went to give out my chips at SP. I didn't give much thought about the brand of the chips until Banana started to direct translating the brand of the chips in Hokkien... Eh... the brand is called 'BlueBird'. So... Just direct translate it to Hokkien...

Oh well... something like a chain letter? Duh... Okay, well, I kinda don't know what to do now, so I shall just think about this. Okay, Thanks Ms Banana for making me use my brain after such a long time!! At least this will kill some time.

1) Will have the feeling of shitting at weird and inappropriate times.
2) Have shitted in the air before!!! Woo!! But damn gan chiong! Keep trying to cut the shit so can quickly go out!
3) Have weird sitting positions on the chair while in front of the computer such as sitting cross legged, squatting or hugging my legs.
4) Occasionally bites my thumb.
5) Opens the fridge or cupboards for fun when I'm bored.
6) Hardly have any luck at finding jobs, I've been rejected extremely alot of times!! Sure hope I'll get a job really soon, I'm still trying...
7) Shakes legs to fall asleep.
8) Have a completely screwed up clock, Sleeps around 3, 4 am and wake up around 1, 2pm...
9) Drinks black coffee.
10) I am just boring and bored...

Oh well, birthday is kinda just like another day... Okay, less boring I guess... Sure hope it's better than last year.

Argh... Everything kinda seems so boring... And as usual, I probably just screwed up yet another interview.

Lalala... Hmm... dun really know what to write again. Oh no... Everything seems so common and kinda boring.

Okay, went out with my cousins for Himawari buffet on last Sat. Quite a nice place and the food is pretty good. After the buffet went to Vivo for a late night movie. Lots of movie sold out, so end up, watched Madagascar 2!! We have to wait around 3 hours, so went to swensens for a drink before the movie starts. Hoho! Then, suddenly there are fireworks! They are testing the fireworks show for the countdown! Well, great! It's pretty nice! There's purple lights as well! After that, all went to 'Page One' shop and get lost then all the way till the shop closes. Then it's movie time. Quick a funny movie though. Well, then head back home...

Hmm... Mon public holiday. And, the usual, I'm just in front of my computer... Being mesmerized by the screen... And my time is still screwed up...

Next, Tues, went for an interview. I was late! And when I reach there, I just had the urge to Shit!! Oops... So, went to the toilet and try my best to squeeze everything out! Haha... Then chop chop go back to wait. Luckily, the previous candidate took a longer time... Oh well, there's a simple test. Well, I could have done better! Argh... Dun know if it's good or bad, but I kinda ended 5 mins earlier than my allocated timeslot.

Oh well, as usual, whenever I finish the interviews, I'll be revising all those questions in my head again! Argh!!!! I could have talked more. Darn! Well, but it sorta did let me think of how serious I face these things. It's really more of part of my life than a job, definitely not about money. It's what I wanted and chose to do. Sounds pretty foolish and stubborn. But oh well, just keep moving forward!

Hmm... Got rejected so many times!!! I think I might be able to break the record. Just like the guy in Honey and Clover, he got rejected many times while looking for a job and when he finally got 1, the company couldn't hire anymore. So, he went to cycle around Japan. And finally worked in repairing the temple architectures. Well, 1 thing bad is, I can't cycle!!! Ya... I know there's just not link, but, just typing this for fun!

Then after so so so long, finally managed to get Enki-chan out of the house! Haha... She's been feeling a bit sick from the day she is back here... Then went to walk around have fun and eat till my tummy is super bloated!

Alright, dun really have much of plans tmr... Oh well, just see how it goes...

Oh well, went to the Festival held in Suntec convention! Haha... Nothing much there, so just kinda trying to have fun by taking a lot of pictures! Yeah!

Well, first, start of with my cousins being late. Then I'm even later!!! Hahaha!!! Oops! Well, managed to meet up around 2.30pm plus. So we went to have lunch first!

During lunch, we shared our experience in New Zealand!! Then off to the Anime Festival!

First, Tickets!!!

Went in the first thing is, Gundam! And lots of flyers!

Oh well... after a bit of that, we left before the concert end, just in case it gets way too crowded!
